Hey everyone.
Here's a ring we just shipped this afternoon.

The center in tnis one was a 1.25
ITEM #: R1752
14Karat White and 18Karat Yellow Gold Halo Diamond Ring

STONE 1
WEIGHT: 1.25ct
SHAPE: Oval Shape
COLOR: Fancy Light Yellow
CLARITY: VS2
MEASUREMENTS: 7.23 x 5.57 x 3.83 mm
GIA REPORT #: 15599337
  Total Depth: 68.8%
  Table Size: 59%
  Polish: G
  Symmetry: G
  Fluorescence: FAINT

SIDE STONES
TOTAL WEIGHT: 0.36cts
QUANTITY: 36
SHAPE: Round Brilliant
COLOR: F
CLARITY: VS

MOUNTING
14Karat White and 18Karat Yellow Gold Halo

The halo ring is quite attractive.
It's quite strudy- yet the size, and manner of setting of the halo, and side diamonds makes it look much more....delicate than it really is!

This ring will be avialiable for $799, if the center diamond was purchased from us.
For those who already have a center diamond:
We'd need for you to send us your diamond.
The cost of the ring would then be $1099

The ring will work for a colorless, or fancy colored diamond.
We can do it with prongs, or a bezel, such as the one shown here.

Love the semi mount - ovals are one of my favorite diamond shapes.  I'm sure the lady who gets this one will be very pleased!

Could it also be done with light yellow melee? Great mount!

That crazy colored oval might look good with this and either light yellow or brownish pink melee?

Hi Guys,
Of course we can do it, but it might put the ring into a different price range.

You'd really want to set yellow rounds in yellow metal.
Changing the color of the halo metal would mean making a whole new ring.
We can build a yellow gold bezel, like the ring in the photos, or yellow gold prongs at the price - but building an entire ring would add over $1000 to the cost.
I'll bet it would look amazing though....

I love how the melee are set into this one.  It gives the ring such a soft rounded shape - it perfectly compliments the oval.  And a great price too!

Are you planning on offering this style for other shapes too?

Hey!

I think it might be available in other shapes- although we'd need to check for any particular diamond.
Since it is a casting- not custom made- the diamond would have to fit the setting.
When we custom make a ring, we can use any center, and build the ring around it- but that would add about $2000 to the cost.

Lovely, David.  That reminds me of the small pink oval (or was it a cushion) that you sold a couple of months ago.  Wasn't it in a similar setting?

I love it. What a smooth, graceful design.

I would love to see that brownish/greenish/yellowish oval in that setting!
