Nope. Nobody does. In the sense that the precise hue (brownish as in 10% brown, or as in 35% brown? both are called brownish by GIA), the saturation (is it fancy just above fancy light, or just below fancy intense?) the cut quality, the visibility, positioning, colour and type of inclusion all generate a very large range of prices. It could be $3000, it could be $8000. Not to mention that you don't say who is calling it FbY/SI2: GIA is one thing, anyone else is quite another.
Also, what does "professional wholesale" mean? What are you trying to do? Buy? Sell? From whom? To whom? All of this is relevant to the price you pay/can charge; bear in mind that the different prices charged to dealers and to the public reflect the fact that dealers purchase volumes and require services that are distinctly different from the public.
