I'm having a little project here. The little pink heart is so cute. I can't resist  Evil
I have some ideas and want to hear your thought.

 1. Make it a ring like this http://rockdiamond.c...ring-18kt-white-gold
probably with lower profile to make it more comfortable to wear and doesn't turn too much.

2. Make it a pendant in double with halo like photos below but put the pink at the center.

3.Do double white halo like 2nd option but make it a ring. Probably have profile like chopard ring in picture below. Prong set for the center.

What do you think?

I'd like it most as a pendant with the white "swirl". The Chopard setting looks way too bulky for this stone, and a single halo would leave it a bit too small for my taste.

If it was mine, I'd probably go with the first style of ring you posted. I do like the necklace too.

My other thought was a pendant with a double halo, one pink and one yellow or white.

Nice stone!

My first choice is the ring as well.  Then I like the idea of a halo pendant like Jen said.

The only thing I am not fond of at all though is the chopard ring though.

I love the pendant design you posted!  Really unique and I think the pink will be so lovely like that.  Congrats on the gorgeous heart however you choose to go!

I like both the pendant and ring ideas. If the Daussi ring style is too petite for you, how about a double halo with colorless stones set princess-style (prong set) all around the little pink heart? Would that be too fancy?

I vote for either the ring with halo, or the heart pendant.  You have great taste, Namtan, so whatever you choose will be fabulous!

+1 on Nantam's taste, cherrypie.

I like the swirly pendant best, but truly, the way to go is however you'd get the most enjoyment from it, Nantam.

Nantam

Oh I am so glad that a CDIer got this little pink heart, if she was mine I would either set her in between to smaller whites east to west surrounded by a halo of white on pink and pink on white in a pendant or a ring done the same way set in platinum and pink gold. Oh sigh that would be so lovely, I hope that you will share with us what you come up with you have always come up with fantastic ideas.

Thanks all. I really appreciate your input.
So no chopard ring.

option 1      single white halo ring
Pros - it is a ring!!!! I can see the pink 4
Cons- it is a ring and I already have many rings but only one pendant.

Option 2     heart swirl pendant
Pros - give the little heart a good size and unique.
Cons- it is a pendant. might not suit every outfit (or it might? Huh?) I can't see the pink diamond when I wear them  Roll Eyes. I know this is kind of crazy. I will end up with so many rings and no other jewelry if I keep thinking like this.

Option 3  double halo pendant with one pink and one white like many of you suggest. I'm just afraid that the pink melee around the heart will make the heart not much outstanding and end up look just like only lot of melee forming heart shape. No?

I'm open to any ideas you might want to add. Thanks  Wink

My vote is a pendant.  You can do some wild things with halos of different colors or free flow design with the smaller stone.  I can't wait to see what you decide!

Whether a ring or pendant, my vote is for white melee. If the stone were larger, I might try something mixed, however the heart is quite petite – I'd want to be sure it pops out from the rest of the diamonds. I imagine that keeping the design simple, both in terms of design AND color, will help place more focus on the  pink heart. All that said, I tend to be conservative in my approach to design...  dontknow

HOw about this? make it a pinky ring like BunnyB's

the carat weight is exactly the same 0.23

Look like this on BunnyB's pretty hand

with the heart shape it will look like one of djm but smaller

My pinky is quite small. Probably size 2.5 or smaller. That will make the ring look pretty subtantial. Don't you think?

Perfection, Nantam!

I love djm's DD's heart ring, and as a pinky ring - especially for such tiny fingers as yours,  your little Pinky will pop like a rocket!  (I modeled Li'l BLOOO on my pinky - it's just a skinch bigger than Pinky - and it looks killer.)  I think the simpler setting with baguettes instead of a halo will be much more elegant in such a small ring.  Plus, for such a tiny baby as Pinky, a halo might not have the articulation you would want for a heart.  Making her look more like a fat pear, at first glance.

I like the idea of using Pinky for a pinky ring.
I`d set her in a bezel to make the colour sing like a candyfloss and to stand out from any shoulder stones, also to emphasise the heart shape more.
