I realize that pinks are difficult to come by especially in the larger sizes. But when it comes to the smaller sizes like .25 to maybe .35 how hard is it to track down a nice looking pink in a particular shape?? Clarity not being an issue as I know DBL's quality is the best be it a VVS or an I3. And any modifying colors are a plus be they brown, or orange or purple??
Like lets say for example i had a "friend" who was looking for a small .25 pink heart shape, how long would she be looking/waiting for a pink diamond like that??
hi everybody,
great question, AZ! It's one many people in email and ask
When we're talking about natural pink diamonds, a quarter carat is a very large stone.
If we could simply "order" a beautiful I1 pink diamond-and one with an innocuous imperfection-we'd order 10 tomorrow.
If it was only that simple.
We had some unusual pinks a few months back, and a half carat to a third of the carat size.
They were between $3000 and $5,000.
We are always on the lookout for this type of diamond -to ask her to please keep our eye on the site!
