Here's the guy I'm talking about:

So, I was watching the YouTube video of this ring this morning (I can't help it), and I noticed the little beads of yellow gold around the center stone.  I don't remember seeing this style on any DBL rings in the past.  Is this something that we may see more of?  I think it adds a nice little touch!

Is this still considered bezel set, and the 'beads' are just more of a really deep and pronounced MG?

HI,
This is a good question!

The amazing thing about having the world's finest setters is that they make some very important decisions about exactly how to set any diamond- I did not ask for these "beads"- but boy, do I love them.
I'll see if I can get a more specific answer next week.
