Anyone know the stats on the halo stones and if they will be or are available as stud earrings?

Also, are there any small cushion or radiant cuts available for studs and what colors (diamonds)?

Someone may or may not have won a bit of change in the lottery and boy is it fun to decide what to buy while that she waits for the check...

Congrats dovesgate!  I think a call to DBL would help you find what you're hoping for while you "might or might not be" waiting for that check...                     drunken_smilie                bliss                      glasses9

Congrats on your winnings!  Deciding what to do is always the hardest.  I haven't asked David about the baby OMC diamonds because I am afraid to know the price... in that I will want them and I really need to save more for a few months after that Pinky purchase of mine LOL.

I'll make sure David sees this post though and always, feel free to call and disucss your thoughts as well as post to get opinions.  I love living vicariously through others  Grin

 grouphugg

You guys were the first (only) people I've told so far besides my husband and children. And the liquor store had to know to get the claim slip. With all the jokes about people winning the lottery to afford some of the Uber line, I knew you would appreciate it becoming reality!

It isn't a massive amount but it is a nice enough amount to be able to do something with and I've been wanting earrings. Of course, the kids have asked for a trip to Disneyland and my husband thinks I ought to put it towards the cruise this fall or pay off a bill or two. I say the budget is already worked out for the bills, the kids have already gone to Disneyland, and every red cent needs to go to DBL for SPARKLIES!  Grin

(I'm not really that selfish but it sounded good! LOL)

AWESOME NEWS dove!!!!

Thanks for including us in such cheerful news- pics up my day!

The stones around R4105: Very cool, albeit teeny old mine brilliant stones....I think too small for earrings.
We have about 5-10 stones left.....I've been trying to figure out what to do with them.

You have allowed me a morning full of fancy!  I've been playing the "what if?" game and considering what I'd be shopping for had it happened to me.  I love that things like this can happen and am just over the moon for you.   Sounds like you are leaning towards diamonds....I can't wait to see what you choose!

There's two pair of earrings on DBL that I'm anxiously eying and hoping at least one pair is still there once the tax return gets here.  Not that dh knows this.     Evil

Make a diamond band in let's say... size 4.25-4.5 Wink  If there are any left over save two to be used as small accent stones in drop leverback earrings using larger OMB stones.  You know bezel set both with tiny milgrain edges.  In white gold.  Or make them all into cluster earrings of some sort... again leverback in white gold

Not that I would want these or anything.... Wink

This is fantastic news! Congratulations on your win, and yay for picking out a sparkly.

As for the OMBs, I'd vote for a 3/4 band!
