1.36carat D/SI2 Emerald Cut Diamond Trapezoid Ring  4
David, could you pass on the specs on the traps, please?  I noticed they weren't in the narrative, and I'm curious.  (plus I want a little ammo in case the subject comes up with the DH).

My dear mathematucian is still stuck on high whites and statistics  Roll Eyes, but he's starting to lean a little towards listening to me about you.  And I could live with a high white, if it makes him happy, too.  Grin

Thank you Meb Wistress and David.

My darling mathematucian is s l o w l y moving in the 'proper' direction.   animal-smiley-071 I'm thinking after he gets his wedding band from me, which is a very plain 18kt  yellow gold dome style - his choice  violent1 . I wanted to do much fancier and platinum as you well know, but better that he should like and enjoy wearing it; he's going to have to cough up a bauble 4 for me eventually.  I can only hope he has the sense to contact you instead of doing this on his own.  It's not like he never sees DBL or this forum on my pedeter,  Grin so I can only hope!

I can totally get where hubby is coming from, as far as the band.
I wear a simple, 18kt yellow gold comfort fit band in a 3mm width.

NO question, I've worn some whopper sized rings- and made some even larger ones.
No, I had the largest one, at 6+ carats for the center.
But the truth is, I need to wear a ring that's very small on the palm side- otherwise it gets in my way.

PS- since I was shooting anyway, I figured I'd put some of the stuff scattered on my desk into the shot.....

I hope hubby knows how much we value you as a friend. We'd do whatever we need to make sure you really get what you want, if he calls us. Make absolutely sure he tells us who he is ( who you are)

Shocked I really LIKE what gets scattered over your  love10 desk!
All I have are  cat hair and bills.  Roll Eyes

If I can get him to call,  patpat I'll make sure he identifies himself as 'the darling mathematucian'.  Grin

Cool desk shot!

Mine has paper, broken stuff and a teething ring on it. Not in the same league, I'm afraid!

Ah2bqat, I hope you get your dream ring really soon. If your husband doesn't want to buy it, why not go all independent woman and buy it for yourself?  Grin  You deserve it!

Sheesh, you are SUCH a tease! violent1

Ah- the bracelet!
It's a straight line 12.10carat bracelet.
The diamonds are about 1/3ct each.
The price? I'll have to look it up, but I believe it's in the 20K neighborhood
Sensational in person, that's for sure!

The pear shapes are a lovely set! .96ct total weight.

Mikla, Trinkette -

Far from me the idea of getting involved in this sort of squabble. But I think

Large Fonts work better for this kind of thing Grin

HI guys!
Sorry I'm late to the party!
Start with the bracelet.
Well, bracelets in general.
We can make any size tennis bracelet.
Pretty much any style as well.
On the left is a 12.10carat bracelet, with a price of $21,599
That's really a lot less than $21,600, right?

The one on the right is an 8.70ct which has a price of $11399.
Again, don't go spending $11400 elsewhere!

Seriously- these are high quality stones.
We could make bracelets at half the price- but in this case, I really do prefer high white stones with an ultra consistent cut. Extreme care in the selection of stones really makes the bracelet .
We're using G-H color stones of VS-Si1 Clarity.

BY THE WAY OMC- IF YOU THINK USING A LARGE FONT WILL GET MY ATTENTION....THAT'S SO ....IMMATURE!!

Do you just have these hanging about to decorate the office or are these special orders?   Evil   Seriously, these are gorgeous bracelets!  Do you make them with squarish stones (Asschers, Princess) as well, or does the design work better with RBs?

The emerald cuts.....
They are .99ct tw.
I have a an Indian friend.
He goes back and forth to Mumbai- one of the best places in the world for chocolate diamonds.
He can never figure out whether to show us single stones or pairs- seems like every time he brings singles, we're looking for pairs, and vice versa.
Anyway, I think calling this a pair is stretching it.
On the other hand, each stone is lovely on it's own.
They are wonderfully priced at about $600 each.
I was thinking of making two petite halo rings......

I adore these!  Do you have measurements yet?  Maybe instead of mini halos you could a double halo - brown melee inside, white melee outside?

Oh dear God that bracelet is my DREAM bracelet. I'd sell my first born for it! No, I wouldn't do that. That statement was made at an impulsive moment. I'd sell my soul to the devil for it, though.
