But how big are the surprise diamonds where the buttresses meet on the Halo1 mounting?  Seems like it might be fun to put a Fancy of a different color, or maybe the same as the center stone, or the halo, in that spot.

Those diamonds are pretty small, but you could probably put a matching colored stone in there if you wanted.

I remember D doing something like that a while back.  Iam thinking it was with orange surpris stones?  I have always thought a white) with blue sapphire melee would be awesome in that setting!

Generally the "surprise" diamonds are about .01ct each.
We've used fancy colored diamondsb or even Sapphires down there.

 I can't get that Hal1 out of my mind.  Sounds like a special request that could be doable on the custom side, tho; and I'm sure DBL could make it unbelievable.  Just think of a Fancy or Fancy Intense blue green or pink just kicking that already killer ring into the stratosphere.  I DO like to dream. 4
