Considering the Uncut 10 carat Brown

Hi Everyone!

I know I dont post often but I lurk.. I've loved brown/champagne diamonds for the longest time.. and I'm hankering for an upgrade

Which brings me to the uncut 10ct brown. I'm curious what the estimated color and clarity is, and the shape possibilities.. I would want a antique cut cushion or mine round..

My current ring is a 2 carat transitional M VS1.. just kinda hoping for 3+ out of the brown but a 4 would be awesome Evil

This one's for David to answer . . . although I don't think there are any guarantees on what the stone will yield.

Thanks Mikla- yes, we felt that this stone was more valuable in it's natural, uncut state.
In fact, it was sold this evening!

The buyer makes their own jewelry and has ideas on how to set it.

Welcome and thanks for posting. I'm with you when it comes to liking the browns--David has the nicest "range" of brown colored diamonds I've ever come across.
