I am so very touched by all your support!
I hope to be doing a bunch more vlogs in the upcoming months.

I'm also excited for the ladies with the new masterpieces on the way-

I "get it" because I get a thrill opening any envelope in this office ( well then ones with rings in them anyway)- it happens no matter how many times I look at the rings- I really do love them too....
Anyway a huge congrats to IHADP for the amazing E-W marquise you got from CH.
That is one awesome looking ring.

I wish I could DJ, but I don't think it will be happening!  I also have a feeling that someone will snag it.  David and CH got a really nice shot of it in the video. 

If, a year after I got my ering, I bought a ring a little over half the size and about three times the cost, I think my DH would wonder what he got himself into.  Wink  He doesn't understand the whole orange diamond thing!  I just don't think it's in the cards for me at this point.

If any CIDer is thinking about it, DO IT!  I promise not to be upset - as long as you provide me visitation through pictures, lol.

Wow I`ve only just seen the video. Everyone of those rings were beautiful. I still have a soft spot for the 3 stone .72 pink radiant but I must confess Annie`s juicy fruity ring is lovely too. I can see why she likes it so much.
I wish that ring so much for Annie, especially as she so unselfishly gave her blessing to anybody else who may buy it.

You are probably right there Annie - he would be pretty worried!  You know, it's quite amazing how there's always something else to come along and tempt you anyway.  I really wanted that 5.12ct when I upgraded and I did mourn it's loss but now I'm kinda glad I DIDN'T get it because I have other ideas for when I upgrade again.  If this ring sells, no biggie because there will be something else that comes along when the timing is right - and in the meantime, you won't have scared your DH witless!   Grin  That's far more important in your first year of marriage - save that for when you have your first child!   Grin

Hey David, do you have plans of making little handshot movies like this again because I think it was a truly great idea and the running commentary was excellent.  I bet CH felt like a queen!  I should add up how many dollars worth of jewelry she was wearing.............yup!  I'm gonna do just that! Watch this space................anyone want to take a guess??!??!??!

That oval is marvelous.  David may I ask, will you ever be making a "knife edge" diamond band like the shank on that oval.    I tried one on recently and can't seem to get the thought of purchasing one out of my head.   It went beautifully with my cushion pear ring!

A still hand shot? The COLOR, the SPARKLE is phenomenal. That's my hand it's on and that puppy is AMAZING. Really. I tried it on SEVERAL times.

Hi Everyone! 

I just got back from New York (where I didn't have access to a computer...OMG, how awful!).

I had a wonderful time "modelling" all of your choices!  My hand was absolutely exhausted from lifting all those carats!

And, congratulations, GL!  I am so glad that the video "sealed the deal" for you!!  It is a gorgeous ring, that split shank...and  we will need lots of pictures.

Let's see, the ones that really stood out...in no particular order:

*the Tropicana orange with white diamond halo...absolutely JUICY...gorgeous color
*the pink princess...the setting was unbelievably substantial and the diamond was very lovely...a delicate color
*the white center with the yellow trills...that one really DID knock my socks off...I would snap that one up if I could
*the O-P loose radiant...incredible brilliance.

But...if you ask me tomorrow, I might give you a totally different list!  They were so fun to try on.  So, if I had $500,000 I could have taken them all home with me?  Wowza!!

One thing that always strikes me...David...he is so excited about his "babies".  He is like a proud papa showing off his children!  And, most importantly...the video didn't do those rings justice!  THEY ARE WAY MORE GORGEOUS IN PERSON...so if you like the video...OMG, you will be blown away by the ring!!!

Thanks everybody, including David, for such a great afternoon...it really was a blast!  And, FYI, I am going back at the end of August...!
